4.General technical requirements

1. Process requirements

(1) Installation requirements: space requirement (size needed to retain around the roller press), about 2m at back and forth belong the roller axis, and each 2m belong the vertical direction, height: clear head is 2m from the top of frame.

(2) Foundation requirements: Because the extrusion and crushing force is balanced in frame, so it only consider both vertical and level dynamic load factor. It can divide the foundation into two parts according to the weight and calculating the weight bearing of each by the ratio of equipment long. The vertical dynamic load factor can be considered of 1.8 while the level is 1.6.

(3)It shall equip with magnetic separator and metal detector before feeding roller press, and not allow the briquette into the roller of roller press. The feeding material of less than 1mm shall no more than 25% to avoid moving of roller press.

(4)The integration water content of material shall no more than1.5%.

2. Manufacturer’s standard and technical requirements

The equipment designing and manufacturing shall in line with existing state standards and ministerial standards, which including:

(1) The roller shall comply with the standard of JC/T845-1999.

(2) The cutting machined part will use current technique requirement JB/ZQ4000.2-86.

(3) The technical specifications of carbon structure steel is GB700-88.

(4) Common technique requirement of welding is JB/ZQ4000.3-86.

(5) Rust prevention grade is GB8923-88.

(6) The common technique of painting is JB/ZQ4000.10-86.

(7) The common technique of packing is JB/ZQ4286-86.

(8) Engineering construction and acceptance specification of electric installation is GBJ232-82.

Roller body is hammered steel 45#, processing normalizing treatment, resurfacing welding wear resistant material on principle axis surface, the life of the first build-up welding is 10000 hours,The life of repaired welding is over 3000 hours.

The structure of machine frame is consist of upper,down beam and left,right vertical pole, and linked to a internal frame welding structure by loading bearing high strength bolts.The material of main machine frame is Q235. It shall do integral relieving stress treatment after main frame welding.

The bearing of main shaft and high end of main reducer are equipped with thermoelectric to monitor working temperature of bearing.Main shaft and bearing seat use water cooling.

The painting of Roller presser is painted evenly, with conformity hue, without flow phenomenon.

3. Technical documents

(1)The Seller shall provide two sets of following document(including electronic edition) when signing the technical agreement:

Technological flow sheet, general drawing of roller press, size drawing of foundation installation, interface size drawing, electric wiring arrangement drawing, quality certificate which all satisfied the designing requirements.

(2)The seller supply general drawing of roller press, foundation drawing, instruction book(including assembly drawing, elementary drawing and list of wearing parts), instruction book of spare parts and components, material of main shaft roller and UT reports when delivery after the contract come into force.

4,Quality assurance and after-sale service

1.The seller shall guarantee that the goods is completely new, original, with advance process and excellent material which is icomplied with relevant requirements of quality ,specification and parameter .

2. The seller shall allow the buyer dispatch staff for equipment installation site and quality inspection, and shall supply necessary technical drawings and detecting tools etc.during inspection.

3. Accumulated running time of roller surface is: no less than 10000 hours;

4. Time from equipments’ arriving at plant,trial running, supervision of seller joining installation and debugging until to reaching the mark, is no less than 15 days.

5. Training operating and maintenance staff of the Buyer.

6. If there are any operation or quality problems during the operation, the seller shall dispatch staff tocheck and repair in plant site as soon as possible after receiving the notice of the buyer. During the warranty, if there are spare parts damaged of mass defect, it shall be compensating in free (except for the accident of non-normal operation). If the warranty period is overdue, the seller can provide technical assistant and help to repair with the cost, and supply spare parts with long-term and best price.

V3500 Static separator

Ⅰ,Brief introduction

HKZ static separator is a new saving energy and no power separator researched by our company according to the present grinding request and international development trendency. It is mainly used in material cake scattering of roller press which can scatter, classify and dry etc. Comparing with other modle separator, it is characterized by no power (saving energy),easy operation, small repair and lower repair cost,easy adjustment of outlet finess. At the same time settle the problem of inlet segregation of roller press. Input suitable heat air, it can dry (such as slag grinding system.)

Ⅱ.Work principle

After the rolled material cake of roller press and new feeding clinker, enter into HKZ static separator from the top. With the gravity, the material will be scatteres inside the trapezoid scattering plate of the separator. At this time, the materil will classify through flow plate.Fine grain will enter into separator or high efficiency separator (the details refer to the requirement of process.).The crude grains will coonvey to cement mill and grind it again. Improve the capacity of grinding system and reduce the power consumption of the system. Crude material discharged under roller press will be rolled in the roller press again.

2. Terms of payment: 30  percent down payment is paid by T/T. 70  percent process payment when shipment is paid by L/C.
